The hotel is ran down, not very clean & has an odor through out. If we were staying more than 1 short night, we would have went elsewhere.

Checked in late the place was full of Hockey fans. I was on the first floor did not hear a thing. Bed was comfortable, room was large and nice. The shower had good pressure. The only neg. is the toliet flush sounded like a 747 taking off. I will stay here again. The entry is a little dark but is safe.

There are two Comfort Suites on Elm Hill Park. The 2615 Elm Hill is the older of the two hotels. The facilities were not as bright and cherry as the other one down the road. Our room was on the ground floor next to the pool. If I stayed there again, I would not like a room next to the pool, because we were unable to open our drapes due to people using the pool. There were lamps inside the room, but it still seemed very dark. The front desk personnel were friendly and we did not use room service. Overall, if I had to stay in the area again, I would probably stay at the newer Comfort Suite down the road because it did seem to be a much more brightly lit and cherry place. We made the mistake of going there first to check in, so I was a little dissapointed with our hotel. For the money though, it was okay.

Radio did not work. Rooms were OK. Exercise equipment needs updating and, yes, needs A/C. Area not good for some types of cell phone reception. Could not get company email. Had to go outside of hotel to retrieve email. Mexican restaurant on premises was good. I guess hotel is still in the midst of remodeling. Room had damp smell because pool nearby."
