Ideally located in the historic downtown area, the three-diamond Days Inn Rivergate is just seven blocks from the Tennessee Aquarium, five blocks from the Chattanooga Choo Choo, and two blocks from Warehouse Row Outlet Mall. Less than ten minutes away are the Lookout Mountain attractions of Rock City, Ruby Falls, and the Incline Railway. Days Inn is located approximately seven miles from the airport. Adjacent to the convention and trade center, the inn offers amenities to support business-related stays, such as dataport lines in the rooms, free morning coffee, and a shuttle to downtown. For the recreationally inclined, there is an outdoor pool on site with lounging area. The inn also offers ice/vending machines, 24-hour front desk, free parking, free local calls, and free newspapers. Each room has air-conditioning, dataport phone, and cable television. Non-smoking and handicapped-accessible rooms are available.

The hotel was very nice, clean, and didn't have a bunch of people staggering about during the night. It's close to downtown, You can walk to the aquarium if u feel like it, and it's just a few blocks from sticky fingers. I would most certainly use it again.

This is the second time staying at this particular hotel. Located on the free Shuttle bus route downtown. It also has a restaurant. The breakfast was way better than a Cracker Barrel food cheaper and with no waiting. Hotel guests get a 10% discount also. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. These rooms are no different than the room's at Disney's Budget resorts. The service was friendly and helpful. It was very quiet, but then again our stay was not during the summer when the pool is open. For the price and location this place is hard to beat.
