Our room was dirty, there was food leftover from previous guests in the refrigerator. There were personal items from previous guests left in the room. The bathroom floor had hair all over it. There was hair in the sink. The bed was uncomfortable, the pillows were lumpy. The room was noisy, the heater cycle off and on every three to five minutes. When it was off there was a loud ticking noise from the refrigerator. The free continental breakfast was overrated. They ran out of coffee before the breakfast hour was over. The danish pastries were stale. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stayed here for a family trip to the aquarium. The hotel was great. The location was good too. The front desk was helpful in giving us alternate directions into downtown. This was a great help because there was a back-up of traffic on I-24 due to construction. The breakfast was good. The room was clean with comfortable beds and quiet, even though the indoor pool was right across the hall. The pool area was small but it served the purpose. Overall, a good deal!

Also, this motel had a great continental breakfast that included everything a family would want. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is conventient to Lookout Mountain and the attractions there, and is easy to get to by auto. Refrigerators and Microwaves in the room are an added feature which we liked very much. Clean spacious rooms. We will probably stay there every time we go there to visit the college.

After searching the internet for hours and reading reviews, comparing photos, prices, and bed sizes :-) I decided to book here. We definetely got more than we paid for. Clean, spacious room with microwave and large fridge, pool and workout room were great, breakfast was fabulous.Hotel is right off I-24 - not pretty but very convenient to all attractions.
