We confirmed a 2BR suite; they let people extend their stay and gave away our room. We got a studio suite (6 people) supposedly for the cheapest rate he could give us. They put 2 other bills in our door the last day of our stay and the other people had lower rates. My sister was charged twice on her CC at two different rates. It was a horrible experience

This is the second time we have stayed at Towneplace. It is convenient, clean, and quiet. Just what we were looking for. Will stay there again.

Our room smelled like stinky old shrimp left out in the heat for a week. Staff counldn't get rid of odor.
