Half a block from Hemisfair park, 2 blocks from the convention center, and about 3-4 blocks to the touristy downtown area. The room is huge and beautiful....

We were traveling with our 3 grandchildren and the room was GREAT!!!. Very roomy and everyone had a place to sleep. The beds were comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful- hot scrambled eggs, bacon, hashbrowns. The children loved the pool with the waterfall and of course the hot tub.. There was a towel cart outside in the pool area that stayed full of clean towels. The room was clean and was cleaned daily. The riverwalk and the alamo are just blocks away. Although we chose to walk they do have trolleys running. Overall this was a great hotel and we will stay again here when traveling to San Antonio.

Fantastic hotel..a diamond in the rough! Friendly staff, comfortable beds, and the best 'hot' breakfast free from a hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone...I will definitely return on my next trip to San Antonio.

room was clean/comfortable. Breakfast was the opposite! Hours: 6:30-9:30 am. Arrived at 8:50 a.m. and breakfast was almost empty with many guests waiting. The staff was mumbling about ""how greedy the guests were and that it was nearly 9:00 am and all of this would stop at 9:30""!! We waited for 10 minutes bu gave up and left, as did many others. The parking area is small and does require a 6 per night fee. A hotel employee was assisting in the parking lot that was very helpful.

This hotel is less than 3 minutes walk to the river walk. It is not on the river walk but my goodness it was so clean with each room having two HD TV and a refrigerator and microwave. Extremely clean and the staff was super.

This hotel apparently switched recently from being a Holiday Inn Express to an independent hotel. The staff were very pleasant. We were allowed to check in early because our flight arrived so that we were at the hotel before 1 pm. It is very convenient to the Riverwalk. It was very quiet (with the exception of some young adults that got loud out by the pool about 11:30 Saturday night that quieted within about 30 minutes. The next day there was a sign on the door saying the pool closed at 11 pm!). The only trouble we had was the Internet connection in the room was not working the entire time we were there. The Business Center connection was and we were able to use it to check in for our return flight. Overall a great value and a great time!
