One of my many favorite things about this hotel is the room. The bed was comfortable, The suite was spacious and had a refrigerator. You can make a reservation on the free shuttle that takes you to various locations and you can call them when you are ready to come back to the hotel.They also have a free hot breakfast buffet that we enjoyed very much. There is valet parking. We only had one night and day and did not use our car until we left for the airport. We took the shuttle downtown and walked back to the hotel after a wonderful dinner at P F Chan's. We could not have picked a better hotel for the money and location!

I would definately stay here again, we really enjoyed the spacious room, and the delicious breakfast.

The Springhill Suites served our purposes very well. Centrally located in Seattle, big rooms, great bed, with a fabulous gym next door, we felt we lucked out!

everything was very good, the things i didnt like was that the place to have breakfast is very small so people doesn't have roome to eatso they were taking the breakfast to their room, and the lotion and shampoo botlle was places empty both days

We thought there was a funky smell in the room, which was weird for a non smoking hotel chain. I thought the lobby and the hallways were dark and dirty. The Breakfast was great.

We'll defnintely stay at this hotel again. The location was perfect for us...a couple of walking blocks from Convention Center, shopping, & good restaurants. The accomodations are a smaller version of Embassy Suites. The breakfast (free) was good and the customer service was excellent. For the price, there's no question, we'll stay @ Springhill next time we're in town.
