Although their web site is misleadig about being newly renovated, the hotel has a great location. My goal on vacation is to see the city and do things not spend my vacation in the hotel. The buses run close to the hotel making access to other locations with in easy reach.

My husband and I recently traveled to Seattle . We decided to stay at the Warwick. I am so glad we did. I can't remember when we have had such a wonderful weekend. The room service was FABULOUS!!! Fillet mignon and rack of lamb was the best I have ever had. The staff and concierge service was first rate. The location was perfect for walking to local sights. We give the hotel 4 stars and can't wait to return. Get a room with a view of the Space Needle. Seriously, book a room NOW!!!!!!!!!!!

I could not believe that I was actually seeing what I saw. I had to go on, I believe the 7th or 8th floor for ice. While I was waiting for the elevator I watched a maid wipe out the coffee cups with a RAG!!! I saw this on 20/20 I had no ideal that it is really done. She was standing in the hallway talking to some one I couldn't see and wiping away with the rag in the cup. Too see it being done turned my stomach. Our maid on our floor had such a terrible body ordor I did not want her in my room while I was staying there. The pillows were so bad it felt like I had no pillows. Which I had two. The matressess were terrible, my daughter accompanied me on my business trip and she actually needs a new matress at home but she said she whether had slepted on the floor than the matress at the hotel or her own bed. My daughter's bed was not made correctly so the sheets kepted coming off. I stay at many hotels and I have to admitt that this one hotel was the worse visit. Your hotel was in a great location and looked nice but your maid service needs some supervision.

Thanks to L S at the front desk, we had a room upgrade as it was my mom's 60th birthday - I was thrilled! Not only that but they sent sparkling martinelli's apple cider with two champagne glasses and a fruit/cheese plate to our room to help us celebrate! Very thoughtful, and appreciated!!! Amazing location - we were right in the middle of Belltown with phenomenal restaurants all around us - Lola's, Palace Kitchen - to name a couple...and theatre right across the street where we took in the 1130pm showing of the new Indiana Jones' flick...great service, clean rooms, and very personable, nice pool, great shopping only a few blocks away...highly recommend it:)

Very nice hotel with great downtown location. Clean and quiet rooms, helpful staff, great restaurant, good value. If you like to walk, easy to reach Seattle's downtown spots. Only missing item was on-site store, but there was one close by.

My daughter and I spent 5 nights at the Warwick recently and it was wonderful. We had a perfect view of the Space Needle from our window. It was a great location within walking distance of all downtown sights. The staff was very helpful. Only negative was in business center only had 2 computers for use. We would gladly stay there again.
