Don't book for groups. It's not worth the hassle. My mom booked for our huge group, a family trip with my sister's high school softball team to state. She...

I've never stayed at a Red Lion Inn and it would be a shame if this one is representative of what they are all like. I selected this hotel due to it's...

Great value for Gonzaga visitors
At first I was turned off because the structure looked a little old. However, the grounds and interior are well-maintained and cleaned. The bed...

This hotel is ok for the price, but we won't stay again. Our bathroom didn't have a fan, so after a shower the bathroom would remain hot and steamy for awhile. The tub hadn't been cleaned before our stay, and wasn't cleaned in the 4 days we were there. The beds were tossed back together every day while we were out, sheets never changed. The restaurant was the worst experience. There were 6 of us and we were shown to a table and had our order taken. Our waitress never came back to our table. Eventually our food was brought by someone else and again we were left with no service. No coffee refill, no "how is the meal", and no check. We eventually gave up and went to the front to find someone to pay. This was a nice looking restaurant, with prices that were too high for the quality of food and service.

Front desk was VERY helpful in changing our rooms next to each other. The hotel met our standards. The food was good & we sat outside next to the River Walk. Just wish the hallways looked as nice as the rooms did. The rooms were very nice.

Stayed here on a package deal through Travel online. Very close to Gonzaga...maybe a 5 minute beautiful walk along the river. The room was well appointed, with a nice bathroom (no sink outside bathroom), plenty of reading light, a microwave and fridge, and large mirrored closet. This hotel is multiple builidings, so it can be a bit of a walk from the main office/restaurant. However, if you are driving, you can park your car right next to your building and enter with your key through a locked outside door. The restaurant had excellent, well presented food, and I never wanted for cheerful service. In fact, they printed my boarding passes for me at the front desk for my return flight. Highly recommend to people wanting to visit or connect with students at Gonzaga. The Fairfield and Courtyard by Marriott are right across the river, and I used to stay there, but this one is closer and the restaurant beats the Perkins across the river. On time shuttle to the airport as well.

We were visiting Gonzaga and loved the convenience of the shuttle that picked us up at the airport and the proximity of this hotel to the campus. The rooms are very comfortable and clean as are the public areas of the hotel. We loved our view of the river even with snow. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again especially if our daughter ends up going to school at Gonzaga.

Hotel was right on the river bank with walking trails. Hotel needs to be renovated in the public areas. It is very outdated and old looking. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Front desk was very courteous.
