Poor service and stale food

Dear Sir, We would like to bring to your attention that today I have visited your sheikh zd road restaurant with my wife and kid. At first we liked the ambience of your restaurant but later found that the service is not up to the mark. We even found that the quality of the food was not good. We ordered mixed noodle and chicken manchurian sizzler and we found one of the items in mixed noodle was stale. Since my son was eating same food we raised this concerned to the waiter and the manager. The response from both were unsatisfactory and we found that the manager was not customer oriented. They took our food to kitchen and when he came back he said that he and his staff tasted the food and found to be alright. Common please...how could you taste the same food and bring back on our table. First of all one of the items was stale and on top of it someone eating from same plate ....how could anyone even think of eating such food. Is this how you trained your manager and the staff?  I have left written feedback in your restaurant which I'm sure that manager might have torn it and thrown it in the dustbin so I'm writing to bring this to the attention of the management / owner that this attitude may spoil the image of the restaurant some day.
