If you want the most ideal weather conditions for windsurfing, stay here. If you just want to splash some water you can still stay here. This beach is located close to a formerly family run hotel (Lord Nelson's) which is now closed, but it is frequented by those wanting a good windsurf or just peace and quiet on a Sunday afternoon. There is a windsurfing shop where instruction and rental is given during season. Ask for Patrick. You might want to plan a little picnic, as the sandy space is abundant. Bear in mind that the closed hotel is now run by about five very friendly doggies that may want to play with you.
