There's nothing like going to the baker in the morning and soaking up the sweet aromas coming out of the oven. You point out what you want, then trundle home with your warm loot under your arm. Famous Mauro (who also serves up fresh pizzas at night) bakes his goodies in a traditional brick oven, then sells these at a baker's window at his pizzeria. Drop in and pick up some crispy baguettes or rounds for your day's supply. Or choose from the dough nuts, flaky croissants and pains au chocolat on offer.
