The story behind La Suburra starts in Rome, in 1984, where the Ascune family started their first restaurant. In 1994, armed with the secrets of great Italian food, they came to Buenos Aires. Their Palermo location is the ideal spot for an intimate and romantic dinner. Dishes such as their Involtini di Radicchio e Panceta, Bucatini alla Matriciana, or their famous Ravioli di Salmón should not be missed. Do not forget the wine. If you want to practice your Italian you might like to ask for the owners and request their daily suggestion. The dishes are rather small, but they are just amazing. -Ignacio Casais
