Sudestada was the first Thai place in Buenos Aires, and so far is stillthe best. Try the fish with Thai lemonade, but most of the menu is great and is hard to find something less than exquisite. There are two big reasons to lunch at Sudestada: it is both healthy and tasty. The service is a bit slow, and the place is not too big, but if you go between 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm you should not have any problem finding a table. The atmosphere is rather simple with a combination of black and white, usually combined with soft music. - Ignacio Caisis
