Dining at the Marque is not about filling up but it's about enjoying your meal thoroughly. The intimate and quiet surroundings along with subdued lighting makes sure that your attention does not stray from savoring your food. 'Chef of the Year 2006' winner Mark Best has created a menu with a mind-boggling variety of flavors and textures. The dishes however, are experimental and unique; not really for lovers of conventional cuisine. If you can't choose from the extensive a la carte menu just go in for the 8 course ‘Degustation' menu. Complete the gastronomic experience with a glass of wine or a sinful dessert. Please contact for the restaurant for the precise lunch and dinner timings.
