Also heading Teppanyaki, the other Japanese dining bar at Ivy; see the chef Shaun Presland do magic at Sushi Choo.  Two giants sushi trains chug their way through a huge table display of magnificent menu complete with delicious Sashimis and dishes such as mackerel, garfish, salmon, beef carpaccio with yuzu pepper dressing and slices of snapper with white soy. Apart from the train delicacies, the a la carte menu is simply out of the world and has patrons eating out of their hands.
