Booked out months in advance, this is the 'foodie experience' of a lifetime. Internationally recognised chef, Tetsuya Wakuda is a maestro of his craft. He has cooked all over the world and impressed palates everywhere. His award winning restaurant is a fusion of French and Japanese and offers a single degustation menu at AUD180 (ten courses). The menu changes from time to time and offers such specialties as slow-cooked trout, seared scallops, venison and quail. Corkage fees apply and it is also fully licensed.
