"Live life well" is the motto at Body Mind & Soul. The unisex day spa offers a wide range of customized treatments including naturopathy, ultra-lite weight management, skincare, hairdressing, hair removal treatment, reflexology, bowen therapy and massages all under one roof. The Indian science of Ayurveda is also practiced here to relieve tension from the body and transform the treatment to a tranquil experience. The spa has a couple's room where sessions can be shared with a loved one. Arrangements for wedding parties and small groups can also be made.
