Set in the upper lobby of the Hyatt Regency Hotel, Shiki offers top taste too. Specializing in tempura and teppanyaki, the Shiki's master chefs entertain with their spectacular table-top cooking. The authentic Japanese décor features teppanyaki tables seating up to 10 people, with each table having its own hotplate as a centerpiece. The local seafood on the platter is outstanding. The wine list is extensive and the set dinners provide an excellent method of sampling some of the house specialties. Smoking is permitted at the dessert tables. The restaurant is open from Monday to Saturday 6p onwards.
