Sunshine's Restaurant is the only vegan restaurant in Adelaide city that is a real family affair. Owned and operated by husband and wife team of chef Andrew Sullivan and Glenys Kimber the restaurant is named after their daughter Sunshine. This truly "cruelty free" restaurant has a happy comfortable atmosphere, friendly service and colourful local art on the walls. Highlights include Sunshine's vegie burger - a lightly curried vegetable burger, lettuce, tomato, onion jam, mayonnaise and sweet chilli sauce on a sour dough roll served with fries. Or try stuffed, crumbed Swiss brown mushrooms with mango coulis and beetroot salsa.
