This establishment is really two venues in one: a traditional Australian pub and a Vietnamese restaurant. Located in a historic building, the pub is a traditional sporting bar with a giant television screen, permanently tuned to football during weekends, pool table and poker machines. The Vietnamese restaurant is quite separate from the drinking area. Catering to local working-class sixth-generation Australians, the restaurant's menu is simple yet comprehensive, with all non-English words translated and explained. Dishes include chicken curry, garlic and sweet chili prawns and beef with sweet soy and galangal. Drinks are from the bar with no surcharge.
