Situated on the 33rd floor of St. Martins Tower, this revolving restaurant offers breathtaking views of the city and beyond. C attracts a particular hip crowd, as well as tourists keen to experience the best views in the city as well as delicious food. The a la carte menu tends to be seafood-based with a few meat dishes, such as duck, lamb or chicken. Entree options include sashimi, fresh Sydney rock oysters, and gnocchi. Mains include prawns, Atlantic salmon and lamb's rump. A set menu is available for parties of ten or more. Please call for open hours.
