Having undergone major reconstruction, Westfield Carousel upped the stakes quite considerably for shopping centers in Perth. Apart from adding extra shops, the food hall is bigger than most and there are also an assortment of new restaurants and cafes, from Fast Eddys to the Dome. The cinema has been relocated and redesigned with a maze-like interior and a sense of fun, and is a great improvement on the old one. Parking has been vastly increased and now includes roof parking, which one can access via a fantastic looking ramp that crosses over the top of Albany Highway.
