Located on the grounds of Fairmont Southampton Princess (The), this building dates back to the early 19th century, but the elegant restaurant inside serves more contemporary cuisine. Entrees include Cilantro and Lemon Chicken Breast over a bed of roasted cous cous and chickpea stew, Grilled Shrimp and Scallops. Noteworthy visitors here have included Mark Twain, Eleanor Roosevelt and Eugene O'Neil. Jackets and ties are required.
