One of the first restaurants in Pedra de Guaratiba, Quatro Sete Meia has been in the same, small and pretty fisherman's house for more than 20 years. Like all restaurants in the area, it specializes in seafood, the difference being that it is not restricted to Brazilian recipes, although their fish stew is one of the best. Great for a long lunch, for tourists and lovers. Like Tia Palmira it has been featured in the New York Times.
