Quiet, elegant and heavy with tradition, Chez Willie's is a cornerstone of the Nassau gourmet scene. The restaurant offers Bahamian-French cuisine, with most dishes leaning heavily toward the French influence. Dinner entrees include Grilled Lobster Tail, Sautéed Salmon in champagne sauce, and Grouper in a Puff Pastry. Lunch dishes are simpler but still have a gourmet twist. Try the bleu cheese burger or the sautéed shrimp. Enter through a lovely, shaded, stone patio adorned with Greek statues. The restaurant is set in a graceful old house, with patio seating available. There is live guitar music during lunch, and live piano at dinnertime.
