Chub Cay has been successfully hosting this event for the World Wahoo championship. Wahoo fishermen from around the world flock to this event to try and catch one of these big game fish that often weigh more than 60 pounds. This is not a sport for the timid! Whoever has the biggest catch is crowned the best Wahoo fisherman in the world. The evening entertainment and banquets at the Our Lucaya Casino are almost as popular as the event itself. The tournament is open to anyone who would like to test his or her skill at Wahoo big game fishing.
