Wander around these interpretive trails exploring a cave tunnel, mineral springs and hands-on displays of the area's history and wildlife. Specially designated as the birthplace of Canada's extensive parks system, this area was opened to visitors in 1885. The trails and pools showcase warm water fish, unique plants, interesting birds and other indigenous nature. The site is located one mile west of downtown Banff.
