This Vietnamese restaurant opened the same time as the new T&T Harvest Hills supermarket opened for business end of 2006. With the growing population of Asians in the northwest quadrant, there was a lot of anticipation that came with the opening of Saigon Pearl. It has become a favorite dining destination for those who live in the northern communities. With hearty and hot rice noodle soups, a side order of spring rolls, crispy fried quails and stir fries, one has to keep coming back to sample the eats of Saigon Pearl. Finish a meal with iced coffee and a serving of deep fried bananas topped with ice cream. - Jasmin So-Armada
