This gem, which can be found just off Main Street in downtown Canmore, is one of the Bow Valley's best kept secrets. The bistro serves up filling cafeteria-style dishes that are fresh, tasty and startlingly inexpensive. Their menu has a decidedly French slant with items like quiches, Croque Monsiers and Madame's and creamy soups. The sandwiches are a big draw with fillings like curried chicken and pineapple and capicolli ham with artichoke. On sunny days take a seat on the patio and watch the hikers on Mount Rundle.
