Located in the 54th floor of the TD Bank Tower, Canoe is often referred to as on of the best restaurants in all Canada. The decor is simple, comfortable, yet with a swanky and luxurious feel. Chef Anthony Walsh's food can be described as regional Canadian, with a touch of international inspiration. Highly recommended are the truffle ricotta ravioli with nothern woods mushrooms and a basil and thunder oak foam. For a small taste of a variety of dishes ask for the Canoe Plate, with foie gras, salmon tartar and the chef's specialty of the day. The bar boasts a variety of fine wines from around the globe and a cheery cocktail menu.
