One of Quebec City's best Asian restaurants is located in an old house on the rue d'Auteuil. Apsara serves traditional Cambodian, Thai and Vietnamese cuisine. Entering the quiet surroundings is almost like vacationing in East Asia: the three dining rooms are filled with flowers, statuettes, masks, and other Asian art work, as well as the exquisite aromas of the cuisine. Although small, this is a great place for groups—the discovery menu is meant to be shared.
