Located near Mont Ste-Anne, about a half hour east of Quebec City, this restaurant offers some of the finest French and French-Canadian cuisine in the region. The dining room, set within a 300-year-old home, is bright yet intimate, the service unobtrusive but unfailingly friendly. Chef Philippe Robitaille, meanwhile, specializes in flamboyant presentation and a combination of traditional and foreign flavours. Entrees a traditional Quebec glazed duck breast with apples, cranberries, foie gras, and red cabbage. The homemade desserts are an event in themselves.
