The very friendly couple is well-known in Quebec for their warm personalities and for high quality cuisine. The Gourmet Menu allows you to taste some of their best dishes, like Jerusalem Artichoke Blinis with Abitibi sturgeon egg cream, Carefully Smoked Sturgeon, and duck foie gras with chicken broth and Mr Bielier's dried cranberries.
