This famous French eatery serves North American and Central American inspired dishes in what is ultimately your American Texan highway motel. It is located just outside Lausanne, in Crissier, overlooking the highway . The exterior is industrial dull, but the restaurant itself is accurately designed and is perched above the concrete clutter. The food is best described as Tex-Mex and is very well priced considering the size of portions and the quality. The staff is very friendly; service is relatively quick. Recommended dishes include buffalo wings, barbecue ribs, the selection of salads and the Tournedos of Beef.
