Due to the popularity of the Montreux Jazz Festival, this restaurant has welcomed guests from all over the world and has subsequently developed a reputation for being one of the best in Switzerland. Situated above Montreux in a warm and welcoming setting, Gérard Rabaey and his wife receive their guests personally and treat their palates to refined cuisine. M. Rabaey uses primarily local produce and those of the south of France, predominantly seafood. There are set business lunches at very reasonable prices. It takes about 20 minutes to get to Montreux by car or by train. Worth the trip for certain.
