Located above the Opera, Catedral is in complete contrast to it with a relaxed and laid-back ambiance. The walls are painted in gun metal color and go well with the wooden tables and minimalistic but functional furnishings. Just the place to mix with the locals, it also has an open air terrace. Food here is delicious serving modern contemporary Chilean and Asian cuisines, among which the steak tartare is a local favorite. Its quite the bustling bistro so make sure you reach there by early evening to get the best seats.
