Opera is fast becoming popular with the young crowds of Santiago. A perfect place if you want to dine with sophistication. The brick walls are adorned with contemporary paintings and the large bar is neatly alligned with liquor bottles. Sit by a neat table with pure white tables cloths and polished cutlery. Savor French cuisine among which foie grass and chicken breast poached in broth and served with truffles are worth trying. Lack of space is probably the only drawback of this elegant restaurant so make sure you get here early or make reservations in advance.
