Located within the Shangri-La Hotel, Blu Lobster is definitely decadent with its hip dining room and avant-garde decor. Chef Brian McKenna creates a mixture of different tastes and feels with his compelling and creative menu. His Crab Meat Risotto, for instance, features hot rice accompanied by cold avocado ice cream and a light foamy lemon grass. The different textures and temperatures make for a most unique dining experience. Not only that, but the restaurant features an enormous wine selection that is worth checking out.
