This is the biggest fun-fair in the country and it draws an astounding nine million visitors annually. The event, referred to as Sommerdom in the summer and Winterdom in the winter, combined with the springtime Frühlingsfest, is a triennial fair that has a different appeal each season. A three cannon salute marks the beginning of the event, and early birds are greeted with free beer. The entertainment section includes music shows, fireworks on DOM Friday and other thrill filled activities, such as joy rides for children. Come by and be a part of this vibrant festival.
