There is an emphasis on corn at El Sombrero. All ingredients except for meat and vegetables are directly imported from Mexico. The wheat and cornflour tortillas are very good. They are prepared in a number of different ways. You can have tacos, burritos or enchiladas as a main course, for example. They are all made from tortillas, sometimes softly folded and baked, sometimes crispy and like a pocket. They are nice with turkey or minced meat. Palm trees, mural paintings and round arches surround you.
