Located within the Kempinski Taschenbergpalais, is an intimate restaurant that serves authentic Mediterranean cuisine to all patrons. Its name bistro tries to recreate the atmosphere of a French bistro, a dining concept that is unique to that country. The cuisine is largely a mix of French and German dishes. Nowhere is this delightful combination more evident than in the beverage list of the restaurant, which lists the rich wines of both nations. Besides food and wine, the alfresco seating on the restaurants terrace affords beautiful views of the sights of the Old Town of Dresden like Semper Opera House.
