They're poor swines, the pigs that end up on plates here every evening, that's for sure. You can get stuck into pork knuckle, fillet of pork in beer or roast pork on the spit in a simulated pig pen. Fortunately, it doesn't smell as such however, otherwise the clientele wouldn't stick around too long. You can also wash the pork down in comfort with a beer afterwards. Not just one for the butchers amongst you.
