Ebisu in Custom House is an authentic Japanese restaurant and Sushi bar. At Ebisu you can make a complete meal out of the Sushi, Sashimi and Tempura. Alternatively, you can order the 10 course which has a soup, deep fried tofu, marinated salmon and Sashimi among others. The meal ends with apple terrine with vanilla-ginger ice cream. The restaurant observes many Japanese traditions, the most important being socializing while dining. You can watch as your dinner is prepared in the open kitchen or even chat up the chef. Ebisu has a large charcoal grill.

very Good JAPANESE FOOD
EBISU THE food is very good A dramatic enclosed walkway runs along the first floor, providing views over the water, leading to Ebisu, a contemporary Japanese inn or Izakaya. Decorated with black lacquer panelling, it provides an intimate, dark and atmospheric space. The central feature is an open plan kitchen with a sushi counter and robatayaki charcoal grill. The restaurant is surrounded by deep timber fins illuminated randomly by spotlights, adding to the mysterious feel of the restaurant. the head chef is (Sobhi Malak)
