The Paul is run by British Chef Paul Cunningham. Open only during the summer this restaurant offers European as well as Danish cuisine, mainly seafood. The menu changes regularly so the patrons can take advantage of the products, freshly available in the market every summer. The Paul is a culinary landmark with a Michelin star and is in a building that was once a concert hall that is shaped like a greenhouse. The bar is huge with airport lounge type chairs with a carousel horse put high up against the white wall. Do try the free range chicken from Bornholm served with veal sweetbreads and butter roasted Dover sole with corn and capers.
