This safari offers visitors an opportunity to tour the Dominican countryside in an adventurous manner. Be prepared for some bumping around in jeeps as you are taken on a tour of sugarcane fields, a real Dominican family home and a colmado. At the colmado, you will need some cash to purchase cigars, rum and pineapple wine. The Yasica River stop allows visitors a chance to swim, a good way to cool down and wash the dirt off. Lunch, normally eaten at this stop, is comprised of cold salads and sandwiches. The tour also offers plenty of opportunity to drink alcohol.
