El Conuco es el más típico de los restaurantes locales de comida criolla. Está decorado con productos del campo que reflejan la alegría de nuestra tierra, mientras que el ambiente festivo y tradicional es complementado con merengues entonados al ritmo de la tambora, la güira y el acordeón.
En el extenso menú de platillos criollos se destacan "El Moro", el "Arroz con habichuelas" y un plato de carne llamado "La Bandera Dominicana". Los platillos son servidos en bandejas de behuco y caña adornadas con flores de cayenas, dándoles un toque sumamente nativo.
