David Crockett es un restaurante acogedor, con un ambiente tanto ejecutivo como familiar. El objetivo de este restaurante es recrear la época de los vaqueros. De ahí que visto desde su entrada, semeje un rancho del viejo oeste, decorado a base de piedra y madera, y cabezas de venados. Su especialidad son las carnes a la parrilla. Ofrece diversos cortes finos, entre los que se destacan el Tenderloin y El Cowboy Filet, que pueden acompañarse con vinos tintos de su amplia carta. David Crocket ofrece, además, una zona exclusiva de bar.
