Owned by a Taiwanese family, this pleasant restaurant is the only a-la-carte vegetarian option in Santo Domingo. Its extensive menu includes 110 items, the great majority of which are free of animal by-products and milk derivatives (for strict vegetarians and vegans). Several meat (beef, chicken, pork, tuna) imitation and tofu-based dishes are available, as well as pasta and vegetarian versions of typical Chinese meals. No garlic or onions are used in the cooking due to religious beliefs. They also operate a store that sells vegetarian products imported from Taiwan.
