Foster's Hollywood is a good choice for a quick Tex-Mex meal. Try the house specialty, BBQ ribs or a hamburger or a spicy Mexican dish. The desserts are good, the music is good and the waiters are friendly. It is part of the oldest American restaurant chain in Madrid, founded by two Spaniards who returned from a visit to the States with the idea of combining their passions for American food and movies. The first restaurant was an immediate success, a dynamic, fun venue with excellent quality fare. The standards have slowly dropped over the years, but it is still a popular place. It now offers Internet access, as well as food and drink.
