Next to the Catedral de Triana, is the restaurant Alboroque. Situated inside a Sevillian style house, with an interior courtyard, the restaurant offers some very interesting cuisine. Alboroque serves a mix of local dishes along with the normal fare of neighboring regions like Extremadura. There are influences of the Northern Spanish cuisine as well. You'll be able to try extraordinary dishes which nearly impossible to find in other restaurants throughout the city. The duck “mi-cuit" in Pedro Ximenez wine is one of Alboroque's most famous creations. All of the dishes can be accompanied with a complimenting vintage from their expansive wine selection. Alboroque also offers very delicious desserts, so it is best if you come here with a healthy appetite.
